MeetingMetrics specialized meeting surveys provide a complete collection for the user to select from in designing a measurement plan for their meeting. This feedback system has been designed to satisfy the meeting professional’s needs for information about attendees at each step in the meeting development, design, production, performance, post-event and reconciliation process.

Pre-meeting Discovery Survey – Qualitative survey using 8-12 open-end comment questions with a relatively small representative sample to collect the views of both prospective meeting attendees and meeting owners. They describe in their own words the meeting elements they want for their upcoming meeting experience to be of high value for them. Questions address meeting objectives, information content including issues and concerns, speakers preferences, training and development priorities and workshops, networking, type of venue, meeting style, R&R, etc. This key information is used to formulate custom questions for inclusion in the Pre-meeting Baseline Survey.

Pre-meeting Baseline Survey – Quantitative census survey serves three primary purposes: 1.) To validate the results of the Discovery Survey; 2.) To establish a quantitative baseline of pre-meeting levels for comparison with the results of the Post-meeting Benchmark survey; and 3.). It identify the needs and priorities of prospective meeting attendees to insure the development of on-target meeting content and design as well as accurate, attendance building, event marketing promotions.

Pre-meeting Pulse Survey – A quantitative survey with a limited number of key questions sent to a small, representative sample of the meeting attendee population. This special-purpose survey is used as a “reality check” before the meeting to assure that the planned meeting content and program matches the current, most relevant needs and interests of meeting attendees.

In-Meeting, Paperless, Online Session Evaluation Survey – A streamlined, low-cost, green solution that delivers session ratings and speaker evaluations in real-time from the Online Report Center. Users create their session evaluation survey in the system, promote it to their attendees, and MeetingMetrics will do the rest with real-time online reporting available 24/7.

Detailed reports are available online in a variety of graph and table formats that can be emailed, printed and saved or quickly converted to PowerPoint and print presentations. Meeting participants can access the online questionnaire 24/7 using their PDA, notebook or any available computer to complete as many session evaluations as desired and return as often as they like.

Post-meeting Benchmark/Evaluation Survey - Measures and reports post-meeting results of attendees’ satisfaction, knowledge gains, skill development, shifts in perceptions and attitudes, intentions, behavior and post-meeting needs. Comparison with pre-meeting benchmark question results show the Return on Event of the meeting. ROE reports of C-level presentation quality are available in the Online Report Center with a few clicks.

Meeting ROI Survey and Reporting – Unique, industry leading online ROI survey and reporting system. The semi-automated ROI survey builder sets up all the necessary financial information questions for the user. Survey administration of email invitations and reminders is automatic once scheduled. The ROI Survey collects reaction and learning results, business benefit information and all costs associated with the meeting. The ROI Online Report Center* automatically computes the Benefit-Cost Ratio, Organization ROI and Individual Participant ROI and produces easy to read “One Click” executive-level reports for CFO and CEO-level presentations.

Open Survey – This survey type is available as an option to any licensee. It provides the opportunity of creating, a variety of custom, non-meeting surveys in the system including customer satisfaction/loyalty and employee opinion/engagement surveys, dealer/distributor and channel partner/franchisee surveys, end-user surveys, exhibitor surveys, association membership surveys, etc. Questionnaire templates are available in the system for some of the common types of surveys.
