Scheduling message delivery is "Point and Click" easy. Drop downs provide built in message templates for every survey message type (i.e., announcement message, invitation, first reminder, second reminder, etc.). Message delivery dates can be set by the user for each mailing.

The scheduler provides users with the ability to adjust delivery dates as needed to assure proper timing for each mailing. The entire series of messages for a survey can be set and scheduled in advance and the system will automatically administer all mailings.

As survey takers complete surveys they are removed from future reminders.
